The present invention provides a W/O emulsion cosmetic excellent in the feeling in use and stability. The W/O emulsion cosmetic of the present invention comprises the following components (A) to (F): (A) 0.1 to 5 mass % of polyoxyalkylene/alkyl-comodified silicone (B) polyoxyalkylene-modified silicone, being 0.2 to 3 times in mass with respect to the component (A) (C) 5 to 50 mass % of powder (D) 10 to 50 mass % of a volatile oil (E) 1 to 20 mass % of ethanol and (F) water. In addition, the dispersion stability of powder and viscosity stability of the composition can be improved, by further blending sodium glutamate or by further blending an organically modified clay mineral and diglyceryl isostearate therein. Furthermore, if glycerin and a specific nonvolatile oil are blended therein, the moisturizing property can be improved.
