PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formulation technique to improve dispersion stability of powder in an external composition used for concealing wrinkles and/or pores.SOLUTION: In an external composition used for concealing wrinkles and/or pores, a heparin analog is blended with powder, so that dispersion stability of the powder significantly improves.
