PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid seasoning excelling in flavor and ingestible daily while making expectable a heath promoting effect by acetic acid, particularly a liquid seasoning for cooking by heating, excelling in flavor when eating while having a weak acetic acid smell when cooking by heating even if containing acetic acid having a high concentration of 0.7-1.5 mass%.SOLUTION: The liquid seasoning for cooking by heating includes acetic acid at 0.7-1.5 mass% in straight conversion, and is adjusted in acetic acid concentration and/or salt concentration such that the mass ratio of salt to acetic acid is 1.5-3.
