An irinotecan nanolipid preparation and preparation method therefor. The irinotecan nanolipid preparation comprises phospholipid, polyethylene glycol-12-hydroxystearate, glycerol, ethanol, irinotecan and aqueous solvent for injection. The preparation method comprises mixing phospholipid, polyethylene glycol-12-hydroxystearate, glycerol, ethanol and irinotecan to prepare a clear and transparent solution, then diluting the clear and transparent solution with aqueous solvent for injection, and self-emulsifying to obtain the irinotecan nanolipid preparation.Préparation dun nanolipide dirinotécan, et son procédé de préparation. La préparation de nanolipide dirinotécan est composée dun phospholipide, de lhydroxystéarate de polyéthylèneglycol, de glycérol, déthanol, dirinotécan et dun solvant aqueux pour injection. Le procédé de préparation consiste à mélanger le phospholipide, lhydroxystéarate de polyéthylèneglycol, le glycérol, léthanol et lirinotécan pour obtenir une solution claire et transparente, puis à diluer la solution claire et transparente avec un solvant aqueux pour injection, et laisser se produire lémulsion pour obtenir la préparation du nanolipide dironotécan.
