The present invention relates to a composition for treating thyroid cancer containing doxorubicin and cucurbitacin B, and it was firstly confirmed that the doxorubicin induces cytotoxicity of undifferentiated thyroid cancer cells with the medium of Bcl-2 family proteins, survivin and reactive oxygen species, and JAK2/STAT3 and ERK1/2 are regulated to show synergic action with the cucurbitacin B.본 발명은 독소루비신과 큐커비타신 B를 모두 포함하는 미분화 갑상선암 치료제 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 미분화 갑상선암 세포의 세포독성 유도에 독소루비신이 Bcl-2 패밀리 단백질들, 서바이빈, 그리고 활성산소종을 매개로 하고 JAK2/STAT3과 ERK1/2를 조절하여 큐커비타신 B와 상승작용을 함을 처음으로 밝혔다.
