PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an easily producible antibacterial and mildewproofing sheet releasing allyl isothiocyanate over a long period without thermally melting even by heating with a microwave oven.SOLUTION: The antibacterial and mildewproofing sheet is obtained as follows. The allyl isothiocyanate is mixed with a urethane resin using an isocyanate-based urethane prepolymer having 500-10,000 molecular weight and an antibacterial and mildewproofing layer prepared by regulating the viscosity to take a value of &ge600 and &le2,500 mPa s at any temperature of 40 to 60°C is formed in a part other than a surface layer.
