The present solution relates to a therapeutic sleeve made of knitted fabrics with graduated compression and multifunctional properties which promote the prevention of the appearance or aggravation of limb lymphoedema, preventing limb dilation, and enhancing the thermophysiological, ergonomic and psychological comfort of the user during the use thereof. This therapeutic sleeve or device is produced in small-diameter, double-cylinder looms and is structurally modified to allow obtaining in a single knitted tube various levels of compression, the highest compression being in the area of the wrist and the lowest in the area of the shoulder. The variation in the degree of compression, together with the fibrous materials used and the design of the piece, as well as the possibility to join it to a garment, contribute to maximise the thermophysiological and psychological comfort of the user during the use thereof.La présente invention concerne un manchon thérapeutique en maille avec compression graduée, à caractéristiques multifonctionnelles, favorisant les propriétés de prévention de lapparition ou de laggravation dun lymphoedème dans les membres, évitant la dilatation des membres, et augmentant le confort thermophysiologique, ergonomique et psychologique de lutilisateur pendant son utilisation. Ce manchon ou dispositif thérapeutique, produit dans des métiers à tisser à double cylindre de petit diamètre, présente des modifications structurales permettant dobtenir, dans un même tube de maille, plusieurs niveaux de compression, la compression étant plus élevée dans la région du poignet et moins élevée dans la région de lépaule.
