In some embodiments, for correcting endovascular lesions, including, for example, a core wire, an extruded dual lumen containing the core wire, and a manifold disposed around a portion of the extruded dual lumen. A catheter assembly configured as described above is provided. The core wire includes a proximal end configured to oscillately couple to the ultrasonic transducer. The extruded dual lumen includes a first lumen and a second lumen. The core wire is disposed within the first lumen and the second lumen is configured to accommodate the guide wire.
