Provided herein are dual-lumen catheters, systems, and methods thereof. Insome embodiments, for example, a catheterassembly configured for modifying intravascular lesions is provided includinga core wire, a dual-lumen extrusion including the corewire, and a manifold disposed around a portion of the dual-lumen extrusion.The core wire includes a proximal end configured tovibrationally couple to an ultrasound transducer. The dual-lumen extrusionincludes a first lumen and a second lumen. The core wireis disposed within the first lumen, and the second lumen is configured toaccommodate a guidewire. The manifold is disposed aroundat least a skived proximal-end portion of the dual-lumen extrusion, whereinthe skived portion includes the second lumen without thefirst lumen. In some embodiments, the catheter assembly further includes theultrasound transducer. In some embodiments, a systemconsole includes the ultrasound transducer.
