The present invention relates to a garlic bud remover allowing a garlic bud to be removed without damage to a village leaf. According to the present invention, a hexagonal bar has a hexagonal cross-section and a predetermined length and a cylinder rod support shaft protrudes to extend in a length direction from both end portions of the hexagonal bar. A power cut gear is attached to one side support shaft of a rotary shaft where a male thread is formed in the outer surface of the support shaft connected to the hexagonal bar. An axial hole in the hexagonal bar of the rotary shaft is hexagonal and a narrow guide having an extending portion having a predetermined length on both sides of an axial hole is fixed and inserted in parallel such that a constant gap is maintained. A cutter is placed on the outer periphery of the axial hole part of the narrow guide so that a garlic leaf and a pedestal move into the space between the narrow guides during rotation and a forward movement of the narrow guides.
