The adjustment plates (4a, 4b) are arranged in an inclined manner so that the interval therebetween becomes increasingly narrow toward the downstream side in the blowing direction. The widths of the adjustment plates (4a, 4b) become increasingly narrow toward the downstream side in the blowing direction compared to the parts thereof that are in contact with the outlet (3).
