PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that: conventionally, there are no proper sprinklers for frost-proofing fans, and nowadays, in pasture and barley straw production districts, prevention of trees, fruits, leaves, rice and barley straw, etc., from radioactive contamination have been problematic significantly; this situation gives the shivers nationwide, however, there is no effective solution at present; in addition, the fact is also applicable to the case of other contaminations involving sooty smoke, dust, etc. SOLUTION: A sprinkler for frost-proofing fans is provided, comprising: a frost-proofing fan set on a pole; a multifunctional sprinkling nozzle set on the pole for sprinkling water, water particles or microparticles over an area aimed by the fan; and a hose via which a fluid including water, liquid pesticide, liquid fertilizer and insect-proofing agent is fed into the sprinkling nozzle. This sprinkler is also installed with a means for moving the sprinkling nozzle back and forth toward the area.
