PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sticking sheet which can tightly adhere to a living body or a biomaterial with sufficient strength without using an adhesive component, is hardly peeled off when being stuck to a non-static uneven surface, is excellent in water proofness and strength, and to which a gel film is easily attached, and to provided a production method of the sticking sheet.SOLUTION: There is provided the sticking sheet that comprises: a gel film which includes a high swelling region and a low swelling region having a lower swelling degree with respect to water than that of the high swelling region, and which has a dry thickness within the range of 100 nm-10 μm and a support frame which is arranged at an outer edge of the gel film and supports the gel film.
