A salad dressing contains 300-500 g onions, 300-800 g sugar, 150-300 g salt, 10-50 g pepper, 5-50 g tarragon, 10-30g garlic, 10-80 g chives, 30-150g parsley, 0.5-2.0 vegetable oil, 0.3-1.5 litres vinegar, 2.0-5 litres gravy. The ingredients are thoroughly mixed in a bowl for five minutes.
