PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puddling claw having an excellent soil-crushing property, a plowing property and throwing property of straws into soil.SOLUTION: A plurality of puddling claws are attached to an outer peripheral side of a horizontal rotary shaft and rotate with the rotary shaft.
