Eine Schablonenplatte ist zum Auflegen über dem Blutgefäß und der Präparationsplatte ausgebildet, wobei die Schablonenplatte eine Öffnung aufweist, die zum Freilegen eines Teils des Blutgefäßes für einen durch die Öffnung aufgebrachten Farbstoff geeignet ist. Die um die Öffnung herum befindliche Schablonenplatte ist geeignet, das Blutgefäß gegen den Farbstoff abzuschirmen. Ein Farbstoffapplikator ist derart ausgebildet, dass er eine dosierte Menge des Farbstoffs, vorzugsweise in Form eines Sprühnebels, durch die Öffnung und auf den freiliegenden Bereich des Blutgefäßes aufbringt.
