PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily food used as a seasoning or an edible food, which is an oily food having a high nutritive value and non-annoying postprandial odor, and fully enjoyable with proper taste (or flavor) without being stirred.SOLUTION: In an oily food Y comprising an oil phase part 11 constituted of an edible oil, and a flavor raw material 12 for imparting at least either of a nutrient and flavor to the oil phase part 11, a perilla oil containing α-linolenic acid (alpha-linolenic acid) is used in the oil phase part 11, and a young garlic is used in the flavor raw material 12.
