PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a tool for quickly and readily obtaining a spicy aroma of cooked or roasted garlic.
SOLUTION: A dried, powdered garlic is used as a raw material of an incense stick. The effective amount of garlic is 1-50 wt.%. The spicy aroma of cooked or roasted garlic can be obtained by burning the incense stick.
