PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aerosol-type foam-like hair-dyeing/bleaching agent composition that is suppressed in irritating odors and has a good touch feeling of the hair after hair dyeing-bleaching.
SOLUTION: The aerosol-type foam-like hair-dyeing/bleaching agent composition includes a first agent comprising an alkali agent and a propellant and a second agent comprising an oxidizing agent and a propellant, where the first agent contains (A) 0.01-0.3 mass% of an amphoteric polymer and (B) 0.1-4.0 mass% of at least one selected from among ammonium carbonate, ammonium chloride and urea, and the second agent contains (C) 0.1-1.0 mass% of lanoline.
