FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry. Composition of the dough for the production of wheat bread with mushrooms contains wheat flour baking, yeast baked pressed, salt, Chaga mushroom, dried at a temperature of 80–85 °C to a moisture content of 10–12 % and ground to a particle size of 0.5–1.0 mcm, drinking water for dough moisturizing to 43–44 %.
