PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double tube type balloon catheter excellent in catheter operability without generating the relative deviation of an outer side tubular member and an inner side tubular member and without impairing flexibility either.SOLUTION: The balloon catheter 1 is composed by providing a slit opening 21 in the longitudinal direction of the distal end of the outer side tubular member 2, bringing a part of the inner side tubular member 3 into contact with the proximal end of a balloon 4 through the slit opening 21, and fixing the part in contact and three members which are the outer side tubular member 2, the inner side tubular member 3 and the balloon 4 close to the part in contact.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】 外側管状部材と内側管状部材との相対的なズレが生じず、柔軟性も損なわず、カテーテル操作性に優れた2重管型のバルーンカテーテルを提供することである。【解決手段】 外側管状部材2の先端部の長手方向に切り裂き開口部21を設け、内側管状部材3の一部が前記切り裂き開口部21を介してバルーン4の基端部と接するようにし、この接する部分およびこの接する部分に近接した外側管状部材2と内側管状部材3とバルーン4の3部材を固定する構成のバルーンカテーテル1とした。【選択図】 図1
