A first tube (21) having a first lumen (22) and a second lumen (23), and a second tube (26) arranged on the outer circumference of the first tube (21), part of the second tube (26) is provided. In a balloon catheter in which a balloon 27 is formed by expansion, a through hole 25 extending from the inside of the second lumen 23 to the outer wall of the first tube 21 is formed in the first tube 21 in the region 14 in which the balloon 27 is formed. The balloon catheter is provided, and a release layer 24 made of butyl rubber or thiochol is provided between the first tube 21 and the second tube 26.
