The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing two or more marine algae extracts selected from the group consisting of Hizikia fusiforme, Sargassum thunbergii, and Sargassum hornei, and promoting production of Aquaporin 3 in skin cells. The extract according to the present invention adjusts activity of a membrane transporter in charge of transportation of water and glycerol, and rarely stimulates skin, so as to be usefully used as an active ingredient of a cosmetic composition which promotes biosynthesis of Aquaporin 3 having excellent stability.본 발명은 톳(Hizikiafusiforme), 지충이(Sargassumthunbergii), 괭생이모자반(Sargassumhornei)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 2종 이상의 해조 추출물을 함유하며 피부 세포에서 아쿠아포린 3 생성을 촉진시키는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서의 상기 추출물은 물과 글리세롤의 트랜스포트(transport)를 담당하는 멤브레인 트랜스포터(membrane transporter)의 활성을 조절하며, 피부에 거의 자극을 주지 않아 안정성이 우수한 아쿠아포린 3의 생합성을 촉진하는 화장료 조성물의 유효성분으로서 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
