The present invention relates to a tree-planting and grafting equipment with a tree holder. According to the present invention, the tree-planting and grafting equipment includes: a main frame； multiple support frames which are hinge-engaged with the main frame； and spades which are respectively installed on the multiple support frames and move vertically by the fluid pressure. The spades include: an external slider； a guide member which is installed inside the external slider and is hinge-engaged with the multiple support frames through a lower end； an inner slider which is installed inside the guide member； a hydraulic cylinder which is installed inside the inner slider； a blade which is mounted on the inner slider and coupled to the external slide； and a tree holder which is installed on the external slider in the direction parallel to the ground, and comes in contact with a tree and holds the tree as the distance between the tree holder and spades becomes narrower when the tree holder moves from the top to the bottom of the spades.
