The present invention relates to a tree protective stand with an improved appearance. The tree protective stand comprises: a fixing frame in which an inner space for accommodating a tree is formed； a fixture case attached to the outer surface of the fixing frame at intervals； and planting fixtures, each of which is inserted and mounted into the fixture case and is fixated to the ground.
