Disclosed is a testicular fixation apparatus for radiation treatment. The testicular fixation apparatus for radiation treatment of the present invention, is a fixation apparatus for preventing movement of testicles, comprising: a base unit seated on an upper surface of a couch and positioned between the groin of a patient； and a fixed unit stacked on the base unit which forms an inlet space into which the scrotum of the patient enters, wherein the fixed unit is in close contact with the scrotum through the inner surface forming the inlet space.
