<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric reclining seat allowing a user to securely set the optimum relation between the reclining angle and the position of a seat back for the user. <；P>；SOLUTION: The electric reclining seat comprises a seat cushion 11, the seat back 12 set in such a state as can perform the reclining motion and sliding motion relative to the seat cushion, a reclining driving means for making the seat back reclining perform the reclining motion, a slide driving means to make the seat back perform the sliding motion, and a control means for controlling the reclining driving means and the slide driving means.
