The present invention relates to a fermentation moisture control agent acting as a fermentation agent and a moisture supplement agent at the same time, and a total mixed ration fermented feed including the same. More particularly, the invention relates to the fermentation moisture control agent which is used by being separately fermented, manufactured and then mixed with a total mixed ration feed, and also relates to the total mixed ration fermented feed manufactured by using the same. In the present invention, provided is the fermentation moisture control agent obtained by fermenting a fermentation mixture comprising: 70 to 80 wt% of a mixture of a wheat starch-processing waste and an alcohol concentrate liquid 10 to 20 wt% of CMS 0.15 to 2 wt% of a purified pyroligneous liquor 1 to 5 of a probiotics 0.1 to 1 wt% of a pineapple waste and 0.15 to 0.2 wt% of a sulfur at a temperature of 5 to 35°C for 20 to 40 days. Also provided is the total mixed ration fermented feed obtained by mixing the fermentation moisture control agent and the total mixed ration feed. In the present invention, it is possible to manufacture the total mixed ration fermented feed simply by using the fermentation moisture control agent which is completely fermented, specifically by mixing the fermentation moisture control agent and the total mixed ration feed when necessary. Therefore, it is possible to significantly reduce a feed fermentation time and reduce manufacturing costs.
