The present invention relates to a method for preparing Compound K-enriched fermented red ginseng concentrate through enzyme conversion and lactobacillus fermentation and a product containing the fermented red ginseng concentrate as an effective ingredient prepared by the same. According to the present invention, the Compound K-enriched fermented red ginseng concentrate with improved digestibility and absorptivity can obtained from red ginseng by preparing red ginseng extract through two alcohol extraction processes and one hot-water extraction process, adding two kinds of edible enzymes, Sumizyme AC and PYR FLO, and fermenting a mixture of the red ginseng extract and the two kinds of edible enzymes using Bifidobacterium animalis lactis (HY8002).본 발명은 효소전환과 유산균 발효를 이용한 화합물 K의 함량이 강화된 발효홍삼 농축액의 제조방법 및 그 제조방법에 의해 제조된 발효홍삼 농축액을 유효성분으로 함유하는 제품에 관한 것으로서, 2차에 걸친 주정추출과 1차에 걸친 열수추출을 통한 홍삼추출물에 식용가능 효소인 Sumizyme AC와 PYR FLO의 2종의 효소를 사용하고, 비피도박테리움 애니멀리스 락티스(Bifidobacteriumanimalisssp. lactis) HY8002를 이용하여 발효함으로써 홍삼으로부터 소화율 및 흡수율이 증대된 화합물 K가 강화된 발효홍삼 농축액을 얻을 수 있다.
