PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter deformation device that can readily and reliably deform a tip shape of a catheter into a desired shape, and to provide a catheter deformation device kit including the same.SOLUTION: A catheter deformation device includes a device body 10 having a deformation guide part for fitting a tip part 31a of a catheter 30 thereto. The deformation guide part has a bending part 21b for bending the fitted tip part 31a of the catheter 30.
