PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical securing strap having the effect of securing a medical catheter.SOLUTION: Provided is a medical securing strap having an upper strip and a lower strip. The upper surface of the upper strip is a rough surface, and the rear surface has a napped loop. A plurality of hooks are disposed on the upper surface of the lower strip, and the rear surface is a glossy surface. Transverse and longitudinal parting lines are formed in a partial region on the upper strip, and therefore free-movable and securing portions are formed.
