A rotor of a synchronous reluctance motor according to the present disclosure has a cylindrical rotor body part casted from a superparamagnetic material, and ferromagnetic flux guides arranged inside the casted cylindrical rotor body part. The flux guides are arranged to go through from one side of the outer circumference of the cylindrical rotor part to the other side of the outer circumference of the cylindrical rotor part in the direction of the direct axis of the synchronous reluctance motor.
