The present invention relates to a production method of boiled rice in a yellow soil container which uses far-infrared rays of yellow soil, and a yellow soil rice cooking apparatus obtained by the following steps: kneading 99.5-99% of yellow soil powder and 0.5-1% of charcoal powder with 5-9 wt% of water rolling the mixture with a roller to obtain a yellow soil plate in a thickness of 3-6 mm producing a mold for a body like a lunch box and a rice bowl, and a mold for a lid, and molding the body and the lid using a pressing method compressing a thick layer of mulberry bark paper in an inner container, and producing a casting container which has the size fits to the yellow soil container and producing plural casting containers connected with rings to open and close the lid, and assembling the casting containers to one frame before installing a heating apparatus on the lower side. The yellow soil container body is inserted into the inner container of the casting containers before layering the mulberry bark paper for wrapping rice inside the inner container and inserting washed and soaked rice with water, and a yellow soil lid and a casting lid are combined to the container after sealing the container with the mulberry bark paper. The casting containers and the yellow soil container are heated by the heating apparatus to cook the healthy rice with far-infrared rays.
