The present invention relates to a method for inducing an immune reaction of a silkworm. The method for inducing an immune reaction of a silkworm can allow mass production by comprising: a first step of firstly spraying an organic solvent to the epidermis of a silkworm as preprocessing； a second step of secondarily spraying an immunity inducing agent to the surface of the preprocessed silkworm； and a third step of naturally drying the secondary sprayed silkworm, then supplying mulberry leaves and holding the same in order to induce an immune reaction of the silkworm. Therefore, the method for inducing an immune reaction of a silkworm, which is capable of reducing the costs and allowing mass production, can increase competitiveness of feed additives including silkworms by reducing production costs of immunity induced silkworms, and can allow farms to breed and also produce silkworms, thereby expecting new income creation.본 발명은 누에의 면역반응 유도방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 누에의 면역반응 유도방법은, 누에 표피에 유기용매를 1차 분무처리하여 전처리하는 제1단계, 상기 전처리한 누에 표면에 면역유도제를 2차 분무처리하는 제2단계 및, 상기 2차 분무처리한 누에를 자연건조한 다음, 뽕잎을 급상하면서 정치하여 누에의 면역반응을 유도하는 제3단계를 포함하여 대량생산이 가능한 것이 특징이다. 본 발명에 의해, 비용절감 및 대량생산이 가능한 누에의 면역반응 유도방법이 제공됨에 따라, 면역 유도 누에 생산비용 절감으로 누에를 함유하는 가축 사료첨가제의 경쟁력이 강화되며, 농가에서 누에 사육과 동시에 생산까지 가능하여 신 소득 창출이 기대된다.
