PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide X-ray equipment capable of accurately performing alignment of a shading member, and a shading device for radiography.SOLUTION: Light is passed from an opening 312 that is formed in a shading member 31, and alignment of the shading member 31 is performed by moving the shading member 31 while checking a photoirradiation position. The opening 312 for the alignment is provided in the shading member 31 separately from an irradiation port 311.
