The present invention is related to storage system for at least one pen-shaped medicine administering device (13), the system comprising:- a container (1), the container having a box-shaped portion (2) and a closable lid (3), the container comprising at least one compartment (4), arranged for receiving an administering device,- a digital display (7),- at least one switch (10), arranged to be activated into a first or second state respectively by inserting or removing said administering device into or from the receiving compartment (4),- electronic means for memorizing the moment(s) when the administering device is removed and/or replaced, and to display said moment(s) on the digital display (7).
