PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilizing drier with excellent refreshing effects, eliminating such disincentives for its wide use that a conventional sanitation processing device for cleaning and dry disinfection, etc., of welfare equipment such as mattresses exerts inefficient effects since it places the mattress horizontally, and automatically cleans only one side surface, and a draining and drying type device requires longer operation time, being uneconomical, and is likely to deform the mattress, thus the spread of the device is disturbed.SOLUTION: The sterilizing drier includes a shelf in a cabinet 1 that forms a dry room to place the mattress 2 or the like, forms an air passage in which hot air is circulated from an space above the shelf 3, passing the mattress 2 or the like, to a space below the shelf 3, to variably set the temperature of the hot air, has the function of restoring the mattress 2, which has deformed or degraded, by a pressing plate 10, and automatically performs a series of processes from cleaning of both surfaces to dry disinfection in consideration of local stain.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来マットレス等の福祉用具を洗浄・乾燥消毒等を行う衛生処理装置ではマットレスを横置きにし、片側面のみの自動洗浄液処理であるため効果が不十分であった。更に脱水・乾燥を伴う型式の装置では、長時間の運転が必要であり不経済であるばかりかマットレスが変形する可能性もあり、普及上の障害となっていた。そのためそれら普及阻害要因を解消し、リフレッシュ効果の高い装置を提供する。【解決手段】乾燥室を形成するキャビネット1内に棚台を設けてマットレス等2を載置し、熱風を棚台3上方の空間から、マットレス等2を通過して棚台3下方の空間に至り循環する風路を形成し、熱風温度を可変に設定すると共に押さえ板10によって、変形・劣化したマットレス2を再生できる機能を有し、更に局部汚れへの対応を図り、両面の洗浄から乾燥消毒までの一連の工程を自動的に行うように構成した。【選択図】図1
