The keratotomy system of the present invention comprises: an operation means for establishing, on the basis of corneal condition data, an integrated keratotomy plan for correcting the shape of a cornea and correcting a curvature error； a laser control unit for controlling a laser module according to the cutting position and cutting form of the cornea on the basis of the integrated keratotomy plan transmitted from the operation means； and a laser module for generating laser and transmitting the laser to an optical unit under the control of the laser control unit, wherein the operation means uses information on the curvature error (low order aberrations) of the cornea, the distribution of corneal thickness and the form of the posterior corneal surface, establishes and executes a partial keratotomy plan for a portion excluding the position of an eccentric posterior corneal cone using the form of the posterior corneal surface and the distribution of corneal thickness, and depolarizes the eccentric posterior corneal cone by reducing the thickness variation of the cornea as low as possible using point symmetry. A keratotomy plan for integrally correcting the shape error and the curvature error is established and executed in a manner that any resulting change of curvature is compensated using keratotomy for correction of nearsightedness, and intraocular pressure is concentrated to the center of the thinned cornea to thereby generate a posterior corneal cone, whereby the shape of the cornea is corrected to a symmetrical corneal shape in which the posterior corneal cone is concentrated to the center of the cornea, and the curvature error is removed by performing keratotomy along with conventional correction of low order aberrations.L'invention concerne un système de kératotomie qui comprend : un moyen d'opération destiné à établir, sur la base de données de l'état cornéen, un plan de kératotomie intégré pour corriger la forme d'une cornée et corriger une erreur de courbure ；
