FIELD: ophthalmology.SUBSTANCE: performance of the declared spectrum of surgical manipulations by means of a disposable microsurgical cannula-cutter equipped with a protective plastic cap, is implemented due to special shape of working part of cannula made in the form of hollow metal rod with length of not more than 15 mm, made of medical steel, having 2 knees: first bend in proximal (at plastic cannula base at a distance of not more than 3 mm by angle of 20° to tool axis) and second bend in its central part (made in perpendicular plane with first bend through angle b=35° to tool axis), as well as a working tip of the cannula made in one plane with a first bend in the form of a bend of the tip cut with radius r=0.5 mm, and the presence of a plastic base of the cannula made from polypropylene in the form of a cone, internal device of which corresponds to external dimensions of the hypodermic cone of the disposable syringe, where the working part of the cannula is glued or soldered in the place of the connecting portion. Declared invention allows performing a wide range of micromanipulations on tissues of the eye and its auxiliary organs, in particular removal of corneal foreign bodies, conjunctiva and sclera, cleaning the cornea from necrotic detritus and metal oxidation products (in foreign bodies), removing corneal, conjunctival and scleral sutures and intrastromally administering drugs, autoblood or autoplasma, safe scarification of tissues for cleaning of wound surface or sampling of material on culture, irrigate the surgical site with the required drug preparation, which when using the invention together with the insulin syringe body enables producing a multifunctional microsurgical cutting-and-scarifying instrument with the possibility of delivering drugs, autoblood or autoplasma on the wound surface or stroma without unnecessary technological costs.EFFECT: invention can be used in clinical and experimental microsurgery for performing a wide range of micromanip
