The present invention is to provide a silica complex comprising nanophosphors in a core/first shell/second shell or core/first shell/second shell/third shell structure including Yb^(3+)-doped fluoride nanoparticles as a core, Yb^(3+), Tm^(3+)-codoped fluoride crystalline composition as an upconversion first shell, a fluoride light emitting shell and a crystalline shell which is formed on the outermost layer.본 발명은 Yb3+로 부활된(doped) 불화물계 나노입자를 코어로 하고, Yb3+, Tm3+로 공부활된 불화물계 결정질 조성을 상향변환 제1쉘로 하고, 불화물계 발광 쉘을 포함하고 최외곽층에 결정질 쉘을 포함하는 코어/제1쉘/제2쉘 혹은 코어/제1쉘/제2쉘/제3쉘 구조의 나노형광체 내지 나노형광체를 포함하는 실리카 복합체를 제공한다.
