Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Auswahl eines patientenindividuell ausgewählten immunmodulatorischen Kits zur Verwendung in der Behandlung von Patienten mit myeloischen Leukämien. Zur Auswahl und ex vivo Prüfung stehen verschiedene Kits, zusammengesetzt aus verschiedenen immunmodulatorisch auf leukämische Zellen wirksamen Substanzen. Insbesondere enthalten die Kits jeweils GM-CSF und einen (oder zwei) weiteren Wirkstoff, ausgewählt aus PICIBANIL, PGE1, PGE2, CALCIMYCIN und TNFα, sowie pharmazeutisch verträgliche Hilfsstoffe.
