Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Auswahl eines patientenindividuell ausgewählten immunmodulatorischen Kits zur Verwendung in der Behandlung von Patienten mit myeloischer Leukämie. Zur Auswahl und ex vivo Prüfung stehen verschiedene Kits, zusammengesetzt aus verschiedenen immunmodulatorisch auf leukämische Zellen wirksamen Substanzen.
