PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a greening board with enhanced water retention while reducing a load to the environment in discarding it.SOLUTION: The greening board 5 includes a water-retaining board 13 composed of a woody fiber plate 19, having a water-retaining property and arranged to grow plants 10 on one surface of the water-retaining board 13. A groove 50 is formed on the back, i.e. the other side surface of the water-retaining board 13.
