PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a greening board reducing a load to the environment in discarding it, and to facilitate its construction efficiency.SOLUTION: The greening board 5 comprises a water-retaining board 13 composed of a woody fiber plate 19 with a water-retaining property, and a porous sheet 28 having a plurality of holes, and disposed on the surface of the water retaining board 13.
