PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health beverage including a high-content of citric acid, and black Koji unrefined vinegar imparted with sweetness, with mash odor being eliminated, the beverage being imparted with a refreshing plain taste and easiness to drink.SOLUTION: The health beverage includes 7 to 12% by weight of passion fruit juice having a total sugar value (mg/100 g) of 3.2 to 4.8 mg and an acid value (mg/10 g) of 55 mg or more, blended in black Koji unrefined vinegar having an amount of citric acid (mg/100 g) of 500 mg or more.
