PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spatula for deglutition food capable of cutting deglutition food in a desired size easily and supporting oral ingestion of the deglutition food.SOLUTION: The spatula for deglutition food includes: a spatula body including a handle and a spatula fixed at a distal edge 4b of the handle and a rake including a poking rod 2 having a proximal edge and a distal edge and a sweeping plate 3 fixed at the distal edge of the poking rod. The spatula includes: a spatula plate 6 having a distal edge, a proximal edge, and two side edges and a side wall 7 erected along at least one side edge of the spatula plate 6. The handle includes a rail 8a along a longitudinal direction of the handle for installing the poking rod 2 so as to slide in a longitudinal direction and to be attached/detached.
