PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smooth cream without stickiness utilizing mineral water and the emulsifying effect and its aiding effect by using the silicic component of a small molecule natural material, the cream using a raw material from a natural product without using an emulsifying nor thickening effect by a surfactant and a synthetic polymer.SOLUTION: The above subject can be solved by utilizing, in combination with the emulsification ability in the natural material itself used in cosmetics, the aiding ability by the gelation and viscous increase caused by making the pH of the raw material water close to a suitable pH little by little utilizing mineral water and the surfactant potency of a water-soluble silicic component.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】界面活性剤及び合成高分子による乳化及び増粘作用を使用しないで天然物からの素材を使用、低分子天然素材のケイ酸分使用による乳化作用及び又はその補助作用と鉱泉水を活用してなめらか且つベトツキ感のないクリームを得ることを課題とする。【解決手段】水溶性ケイ酸分の界面活性力と鉱泉水を利用して原料水中のｐＨを少しずつ適性ｐＨに近づけることによりゲル化及び粘性増加が起こることによる補助力を化粧品に使用の天然素材等自体での乳化力と併せて活用することにより課題を解決することが出来る。【選択図】なし
