PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combine harvester which solves a problem that a pre-cleaner 153 is positioned in the vicinity of the head of an operator riding on a control platform 5 so that the operator is exposed to a noisy circumstance, under which the suction noise of the pre-cleaner 153 sounds noisy during a harvesting work.SOLUTION: The combine harvester comprises: a cutter 3 a thresher 9 a running frame 1 having an engine 7 and a control platform 5 and a tank 6 for collecting grains from the thresher 9 and for reserving the grains. The cutter 3 is arranged in front of the running frame 1, and the engine 7 is mounted on the front of the running frame 1. The control platform 5 is positioned above the engine 7, and the tank 6 is arranged at the back of the control platform 5.
