PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combine harvester capable of preventing a waste straw cutting device from being brought into contact with a waste straw carrier device when switching the waste straw cutting device in between a work position and a non-work position in a state that a waste straw frame is elevated.SOLUTION: A combine harvester includes: a lock mechanism 130 for restricting oscillation from a work position to a non-work position side of a waste straw cutting device, and oscillation from a non-work position to a work position side of the waste straw cutting device； and a linkage mechanism 137 for linking restriction operation of the lock mechanism 130 with elevating operation of a waste straw frame 61.
