PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation device of a combine-harvester, the device being able to maintain the position of a gear shift lever for shifting gears of a transmission shifted to a low speed position.SOLUTION: An operation device of a combine-harvester is provided with: a gear shift lever (15) for shifting gears of a transmission (65) and a supporting member (24) at either one of the front side and the rear side of the gear shift lever (15). The gear shift lever (15) can be shifted to: a neutral position to cut off transmission in the transmission (65) a high speed position turned in one side direction around a support shaft (21) from this neutral position, and making a predetermined high gear of the transmission (65) engage and a low speed position turned in the another side direction around the support shaft (21) from the neutral position, and making a low speed gear of the transmission (65) engage and driving a traveling device (2) at a speed lower than that in the high speed position.
